As a leading Kinesiology practitioner, I face a wide range of issues in clinic - anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, emotional trauma, hormonal and chemical imbalances and so much more. I look also to what is happening on a Universal scale as often our personal world reflects the bigger picture (macro and micro scales working together) giving me peace of mind that we are all connected to each other at a soul level.

This blog is my musings on issues we face in this messy human existence, the changing seasons of the year and our life, the things I see in clinic and some of my own healing journey issues that I believe will resonate with others.

I have been on this journey for over a decade now of delving into the mind body spirit connection, of learning new things, unlearning old things, repatterning my nervous system responses, and delving deep into my soul to find out who I am and what I love.

What I do know is the more that I've learned on this journey, the less I know, and the more I want to know.
